We will be sending reminders from now on

In recent years, the State and University Library and Aarhus University have combined a number of IT systems. In the interim period, this has meant that you, as a borrower, have not received regular reminders about any outstanding fines.

Since April 2012, it has been easier to make payments online, and the libraries have therefore decided – as of August 2012 – to send regular reminders to borrowers with outstanding amounts that are more than a month overdue.

Remember that you can always find information under ‘Your loans’, and that you are personally responsible for updating your e-mail address so we can contact you.

• Don’t wait for a reminder. Log in to ‘Your loans’ instead and see what you owe. You can pay immediately online.
• Read about the standard loan period and fees.
