Digital Article Service
Digital Article Service is a library service offered in collaboration between the State and University Library, your local public library and bibliotek.dk.
What does the service cover?
The State and University Library supplies copies of articles from all its printed journals. Due to the legal deposit scheme, The State and University Library holds all Danish journals in stock, as well as a large number of foreign journals.
You can search for journals and articles via bibliotek.dk, and you can order them by using your user ID at your local public library. If your local library has purchased a subscription for the service, the article will be delivered for download directly into your email account.
There may be exceptions where an article cannot be delivered for download due to license-related conditions. In such cases, the article will be delivered for pick-up at your chosen pick-up library.
You need to have a login for bibliotek.dk. If you do not already have one, you need to set one up by selecting your local public library as your favourite library and pick-up library.
At bibliotek.dk, you need to use the link Request copy if you want to order articles via this service. You need to be logged in to bibliotek.dk to order.
If your local library has not taken out a subscription for the service, the article will be delivered to your chosen pick-up library, where you can pick it up.
If your chosen pick-up library is a research library, the article will be delivered for pick-up at the library.
Delivery times will depend on the delivery form:
