Delivery of journals and articles
When you order articles, we offer to deliver some journals by e-mail. In practice, we send you a link to the my loans page, where the article is available for printing in PDF format. The link to the article remains in your account for four weeks.
We register other journal articles in your printing account and you have to come to the library to print them out within 10 days. When the 10 days have expired, we delete the article. You therefore need to print no later than 10 days after receiving a message that the article is ready for printing.
If you live outside postal code area 8000–8270, you can have photocopies sent by mail provided your printing account is in credit. The delivery time is four business days.
If you have requested to borrow entire volumes of journals, you have to collect them on the first floor of the State and University Library. The material is available for collection for seven days. Remember to register the loan at one of the self-service machines.
The library doesn’t mail entire volumes of journals.
