On January 1, 2017, the State and University Library in Aarhus and The Royal Library in Copenhagen merged. The institutions will be collectively known as the Royal Danish Library.
You can borrow any of the material available at Danish libraries by going to bibliotek.dk. Here you have the option of collecting the material at the State and University Library (now Royal Danish Library - Aarhus / Det Kgl. Bibliotek - Aarhus)
Loans from other libraries via the State and University Library
If you’re looking for material that isn’t available at the State and University Library, Aarhus University Library or at bibliotek.dk, you can fill in one of the following forms. We’ll then try to order the material from other libraries around the world.
In general, loans of material from other libraries are free of charge. However, you’re asked to contribute to the costs for certain services.
We always contact you before ordering material subject to payment to make sure you are willing to pay.
