- The State and University Library pays any fees relating to card payments.
- PBS (the Danish banks’ payment system) requires all online outlets to provide e-mail addresses.
- Entering and transfering sensitive personal information between the State and University Library and the online payment company takes place via a secure connection. All data is encrypted and therefore cannot be read by third parties.
- In accordance with the Danish Library Act (Section 27 of Act no. 340 of 17 May 2007), libraries are entitled to charge payment for printing services. In connection with online trading, the State and University Library adheres to the guidelines set out for e-business by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark.
